The practitioner
Deb McKibben, DNP, FNP-BC
Deb is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from UMKC and a BSN from Baker University (2009). Her clinical career spans ICU care, level one trauma, and critical care air transport nursing, settings that demand fast, accurate judgment under pressure.
She continues to work as an emergency department NP alongside her work at BeYOUthful IV. That combination means you are not seeing a provider who pivoted into wellness as a lifestyle change. You are seeing someone who still works in acute care and brings that standard to every consultation.
She founded BeYOUthful IV because she saw how underserved northeast Kansas was for medically-led wellness. The goal has always been straightforward: give people in this community access to the same quality of care you would expect from a major metro clinic.

BeYOUthful IV started from a simple observation: northeast Kansas has a shortage of wellness care backed by real clinical expertise. Most wellness studios are run by aestheticians or sales-trained staff. Here, every recommendation comes from a provider who has worked in pediatric sedation, level one trauma, and critical care air transport.
We are not a franchise or a volume clinic. We take time with each client, build a plan that fits their actual health picture, and adjust it as things change. Whether you are coming in for a hydration drip, hormone support, or a cosmetic treatment, the clinical standard stays the same.
We are proud to be Atchison’s first IV Medical Spa and the only BioTE pellet provider within 40 miles. Both of those represent a real gap we are filling for this community.
